**GO.GO 2012 CANCELLED**

It is with deep regret that we are announcing the cancellation of GO.GO Festival 2012.

2012 has proved to be a very challenging year, and due to this we do not feel we would be able to deliver a festival to the standard that our artists and audience deserve. We have fought very hard to keep GO.GO Festival in the 2012 calendar and have tried everything imaginable to find a solution to make the festival go ahead, but this has proven to be an impossible task.

We are deeply disappointed, and express our sincere regrets to the artists, staff, volunteers, contractors and suppliers. Everyone has worked so hard with us to create GO.GO 2012. We know that they, along with the audience, will share our disappointment.

We want to say a massive thank you to all the GO.GO Festival fans who have booked tickets for this year and been looking forward to the festival. We apologise that the festival will not be going ahead this year, but hope to be back in the future. Ticket holders will receive a full refund for the retail value of their ticket(s) from their ticket agents.

Tickets are non-refundable apart from in the following instances:
Refunds will only be given in the unlikely event that the festival is cancelled, GO.GO Festival has been negligent or acted in breach of contract. However, refunds will not be given if the event is cancelled due to any of the following reasons: Acts of God, Terrorism, Biological action, Foot and Mouth, Data Problems, SARS, National Mourning, Avian Flu, Swine Flu. Any refunds given by GO.GO Festival will be for the face value of tickets sold and will not include the booking fee. All booking fees are non-refundable. No refunds will be given to any persons who are refused entry from the event due to late arrival, or ejected for behaving in such ways, carrying such items or substances as deemed prohibited either by law or by the event organisers.
